Career In Meteorology

Which career is in more demand, forensic sciences, meteorology or geology?

I was just wondering, because i heard there isnt much demand for forensic sciences and that you have to be a cop before you go into forensics. (I wanted to go into lab work actually, no pathology for me...). So i just sort of threw that out, and i became interested in meteorology and geology. Basically, i was just wondering when you get out of post-secondary- which one are you guaranteed a job asap? Like, will they be asking you to work with them or will you have to job hunt because of the profession you chose to study? Any info on this would be much appreciated. Im currently in high school, so i was just wondering.

  1. Well first off 6 months before you graduate in any profession you are going to hunting a job so that you have one in that field and you have a relationship with whoever you go to work for. That is how you get you asap job after you graduate. And meteorology does not do lab work. It deals with the weather. The field of geology encompasses the study of the composition, structure, physical properties, dynamics, and history of Earth materials, and the processes by which they are formed, moved, and changed. But you need to study geology before you can become a meteorologist. Which one is more competitive I am not sure but you can call the news stations and find out. Just as well as any University will be able to tell you. Personally I enjoy both so either one would work for me. I hope that helps some anyway Floyd
