I am an Iranian with the following qualifications?

Age: 26 Gender: Male Status: Married (My wife is also an MSc of Agricultural Meteorology) Academic degree: PhD student (second year) in Water Structure in Tarbiat Modares University of Tehran Financial situation: Poor Due to some reasons I want to stop educating in Iran and keep it on in other country. Please guide me in this way.
