  1. Well zoology would be a good idea for you. You can work in different departments in a zoo. If you are good at speaking in front of people, you would be great in the educational aspect of a zoo. Like telling people about the animals, conservation, etc through shows. But you have to be careful about what zoo you want to work at. Some zoo's play a great role in education, conservation, and really try to simulate the animals natural environment as best they can in captivity. But other zoo's are only after money and care nothing for the animals. They dont give the animals enough mental stimulation, and dont give the animals a decent habitat at all. So you have to research each zoo carefully because you dont want to contribute to a zoo with little concern for their animals. With that being said, you could also work at an aquarium with a zoology degree. But the same thing goes for an aquarium. Some are disgusting they are so money hungry i.e. Miami Seaquarium. Marine Biology is a very difficult field to get involved in. Some people never find work in that field, even after they graduate. And if you dont like to be in the ocean then its definitely not the career for you. To be successful in Marine Biology, you really must have a Ph.D. Meteorology would also be good, but only if you are interested in the weather obviously. If your not fascinated by weather, then you will be bored to death if your life revolved around it. The bottom of this website has a list of animal related careers. You can start researching and see what one you are interested in pursuing. Good luck! http://www.anapsid.org/resources/jobs.html
  2. If you're as good as you think you are, you could specialize in zoology. Then have a show on discovery channel or in animal planet or national geographic about animals. That way, you can use both skills you mentioned.
