Career In Meteorology

which career do you think i should choose... meteorology?

ok so i was thinking of becoming a meteorologist but i know that there is a limited amount of jobs available for this field i read that the average salary is 70K but i was reading comments from meteorologists and they said they get paid around 25K do you think this is a good field to go into? if not.. do u have nay suggestions?

6. You should do whatever you want to do... what is your passion? What do you live for? Because that's what you want to do. The world and people are too greedy and selfish and rely on money. You dont want to be like them, you want to be one of the few who do what makes them happy.
7. if you're on screen they pay you a lot of money. but if you're in the behind the scenes meteorology you make a lot less

10. I want to become a meteorologist too. I'm a member of a weather forum with a lot of meteorologists as members, and they say they get paid about 50K-100K a year. You have to be really good at math to pursue meteorology, with differential equations and stuff like that. I'm just a freshman in high school, but I know a lot about the field.
11. do whatever u want uk never take a job u hate. im going into the ATC field and i have to study meterology before i get into that. anyway yeah whatever floats ur boat man
12. People see them on TV and think that they are rich and glamorous. But for all the lime light and nice clothes, they work their butts off to get where they are, and unless they get to be really popular in the ratings and all that, they don't get much, and still have huge college bills to pay off.
