Can you find a career in Meteorology with an Environmental Geoscience Degree?

1. You may have a lot of the credits required and a lot of the fundamental classes out of the way but you need to major in meteorology, not so much geoscience. I am sure there are meteorologists out there with geoscience degrees but I do not believe that there are many. We do have a meteorology (weather) section on YA! maybe you can ask what is needed to become a meteorologist in that section and then you can find out what classes that you have taken are good and what else you may need to take to achieve your goal.
